[TechAssist] RCA P52731WK (PTK169) identify part

I have a PTK169 that caught fire, the resistor is so black I cannot
tell the value. Any help would be appreciated. Replaced R4720, when I
turned it on R8 caught fire. I need the value for R8 on the CRT board.
