[TechAssist] RCA P46924 PTK195MA Dead Need info

This set has the HOT shorted and the High voltage section of the flyback is
bad. Can anyone tell me if the splitter needs to be replaced too? I don't
know how to check it. Has anyone run into one where they were both bad?
