Max,
Look at the audio output muting circuit, bet you have a leaky muting
transistor
Also here is a tip from a problem I ran into:
CTC203AD9 F27440YX51
Problem:No audio, have +16 volts on pin 1 both IC's U11900 and U11901 had
low level audio at input pins 4, 0 volts on mute pin 3.
Solution: Mute line pin 3 was reading 80 ohms to chassis ground. Found
C11909 100mfd 16volt cap shorting off pin 3 of both IC's.
