The Sams 4733 lists Q14102 as # 147665, Q14103 is listed as 232218. are you
looking for both? The voltages shown in sams don't seem to imply much
voltage

We have a RCA CTC-203AA9 chassis damaged by a voltage
power surge ... shorted regulator Q14101 replaced with
IRF840...also was
damaged R14103 and R14106 which was replaced Q14108
smd is shorted.
this unit is in place of the original Q14102 232218 (marked
4063)
Is there a NTE replacement that works ok for 232218..
I saw a suggestion that an NTE-287 may be ok
Any help would be appreciated.
