No matter if it's its PA or Ontario, customers are all the same. I don't
waste much time with them anymore, when they ask if I have any used
ones, all I ask is how much do you plan on paying, $20...then I don't
have any.

I try to explain that the new VCR's are not made as strong as the older
models. If you show them a new chassis and then a older model they get
the
idea. and then the older one is cheaper than the new one they go for it
sometimes. Then there are the ones that no matter what you tell them or
show
them they buy new and then bring the junk in to get fixed.
