[TechAssist] RCA G32643SK CTC187CN3 question

This RCA came in with the horz-output shorted, the one in there says BUH517.
I am wondering if this is an original. Also is there anything else I need to
look at? The regulator is not shorted but I am replacing it along with Q4401
horz output. Is the flyback a common problem with this unit and if so does
anyone know what it should ring using a Sencore LC103?
