This set has single tuner mounted on top of the board and it tunes fine. If I loosley couple the antenna I get color. Actually this was not the original complaint. I took the chassis in because it was dead and I found an open 1 meg resistor next to the main filter cap which stopped the smps.When I fired it up this is what I got.
