Perhaps this will help clarify this a bit. Let me also emphasize that this
is a good case where it is important to list the COMPLETE model and chassis
numbers when trying to ask for help, especially for parts identification. In
this case, Shaun has given both and for his model and the F32689YX5 (both of
which are CTC197CR1 chassis), it uses the 248020 flyback (drawing number
XX15470-320). However, the F32689YX1 and F32689YX9 (both of which are
CTC197CR chassis) use the 241319 flyback (drawing number XX15367-220). As a
cross reference, I always compare the drawing number on the EXISTING flyback
to make sure I am ordering the correct one.
