[TechAssist] RCA F32672SB, CTC187CL3 turns itself on, channels change,etc

Customer claimes this CTC187CL3 TV will turn itself on (and off) all by
itself, and may change channels as well.
This 32" TV has a seperate front panel button assy which I pulled and
inspected. It's clean. No evidence of spillage on board either.Thought I
would power it on and unplug the control panel and see,tho the
intermittant may tale days according to her.
I need some past documented histories on this dog.
