Seen this a few time myself , resolder around the 3.3V regulator on the pip
board , if its shorted ( ic regulator) 214704 bursma has these in stock 3.00

Can't turn TV on with module plugged in. Remove module then can turn TV on
but no picture. Can I jump this module to get the pix and forget the PIP?
Would rather have module, but it is no available from parts houses. TIA
