The newer RCA flybacks do not follow the "ringing rules" of 10 rings or
more is good.  More like greater than 25 rings is good for these newer
flybacks.

I just tested a CTC197 flyback and it rang 15 times, good right? Wrong
the
new one rang 43 times. Not always 100%.
