I Have an odd dog in the shop. A CTC185AB with the typical built on
mainboard tuner that will lock on channels 13 thru 7 only if you channel
down from 14 to 13 and it will work. If you scan up from 7 to 13 they
won't come in. Has anyone seen this before?? Also if you directly
address any channel from 7 to 13 it won't produce that channel either.
