R14109 is 750 OHM 1/8 W
Check U14102 (231525) and R14116 2.8K 1/4 W 1%

Chassis CTC203AD5
Was slow comming on blew H.O.T. replaced then blew and took out power
supply.
Dead.....
Resoddered L14401
Replaced H.O.T. (Q14401) W/ 2SD1880 {Specs sim. to orginal}
Replaced Regulator W/ RCA orginal from RCA in RCA packing generic # is
STP9N50 ( ST is making OEM parts in China for Thompson now)
Found Q14103 bad (used BK 530 tester) org # MPSA06 sub NTE287
Q14102 bad " org # MPS8599 cross to NTE159 used 2SA1249 as sub
Need Value of R14109 Burned (tried 680)
R14107 burned (tried 470)
with the afore mentioned parts the oscilator will start but run loud and
nosiy; set will try to start but shutdown.
