[TechAssist] RCA Chassis ATC311 and Chipper Check help

This model HD52W140 came in dead.
Replaced High voltage splitter and R14705(which was
blown in half).
Set came up and played, but would occasionally act
as if it had a regulation problem.
RCA tech support said to replace sweep board part
no. 258507.
Upon doing so I have a working tv but the size and
centering and convergence need to be adjusted, and
I understand that Chipper Check should be used to
accomplish this.
I have Chipper check and a laptop 'puter, but I've
never had any success using it. I have almost NO
experience with this thing. Yes, My CCheck has been
updated.
Would someone kindly e-mail me some "simple" tips
on doing this?
