[TechAssist] RCA Cam CC510 No video thru lens

RCA Camcorder CC510
Problem - No video thru lens. Good record/PB thru A/V in-out jacks so
recorder side seems fine.
Checked iris - not stuck - even opened manually to rule out as a problem.
Zoom and autofocus are working.
Replaced DC/DC converter which had bad caps in it (nice values like
37ohm; 56ohm). Did Not fix problem.
Getting 10 volts into DC/DC. Maybe the lens ckt itself is bad??
