Check for bad surface mount caps and resistors near and around the Tchip.

This set has washed out color except for the right edge of large objects.
The colors are wrong (a red raster from my generator appears purple, ect)
and the tint control was only a little effect. Tapping on or heating the
chassis has no effect. I swapped the analog comb filter board with no
effect. It is not a purity problem. I found no tips for this in winstips.
I am thinking maybe T chip or color crystal. Has anyone else seen this
problem? John.
