[TechAssist] RCA CTC195K Model 60920BL Squeels when ac applied

This set squeals when AC is applied. It will try to turn on if power button
is pushed but will do the three time try then go back to the squeal. Horz
output is good all caps in power supply are good checked all diodes in power
supply. I removed collector on horz out and still squeals with it out of the
circuit. Need a few other tips if anyone has any. There where no squealing
tips on the web site.
