Hi, I thibnk this is a lightning strike. Here's the info M# P52955 Chassis # PTK195W1B Problem: High voltage comes up, then down after about 1-2 seconds. Main power supply measures 168 - 175V in standby mode. VCC on the PWM controller chip is 12 V in standby (should be 10.2V ). Voltage at FB opin of the controller is right on the money; 0.4V. It looks like a problem in the feedback path (CR14102, C14147, etc.). Everything checks OK. Opinions? John Myers Myers TV Service Co.
