FIXED! A big thank you to those that helped. Turned out to be a (up channel
tack switch). After going through all the trouble shooting info, turns out
the on off tack switch was not toggling the micro(on off tack switch is tied
to the up channel tack). It helped greatly with the right print.
What really fooled me was the remote sensor was working but no communication
to the T-Chip or EPROM.
I should have started at the beginning not the end in this repair.
