[TechAssist] RCA CTC187 SHorted HOT?

Just got in an RCA model F31672 (CTC187) with the Horizontal Output
Transistor shorted. Found nothing else ...not even a fuse. Good clean pulse,
@ proper Frequency, running cool @ close to 1184VPP and 140.2 vdc @ collector
of HOT.
CRT Checks good.....cannot find any reason for HOT to short. Thought that
possibly one of you guys might have had a similar problem.
