Subject: [TechAssist] RCA CTC175A (F20301SF)..Blows F4150

This unit was in for solder job about 6 months ago and new
EEPROM
Now, F4150 blows in about 3 seconds after plugged in.
I replaced it with a 100w light bulb with hopes of trouble
shooting this
thing, but then the main 5a fuse blows.
HOT tests OK, Q4150/4151 test fine. I can't find any shorts
any where.
Has anyone run into this before?
Thanks

Jeff
