Got a 169 with a funny video problem. Sound is good but pic on screen has
(normal brightness) a line about 3-4 ins on left side, with the rest of the
pic. is dark , washed out and like it is out of horz sync.
We've chased it down to the S-PIP mod. U8001.
What I was wondering was, can that mod. be bypassed.
