[TechAssist] RCA CTC169BG5 cycles 4 times Model F35751MB

Hi Guys, this 169 chassis clicks on/off 4 times then stops. All standby
voltages are good but
set won`t stay on long enough to get 26, 12 & 9 volt run voltages,
regulated B+ stays good,
I have my 5v line to U3101, I replaced the 3 caps in the power supply
and CR4118 just
for drill, HOT is good, replaced Y301, you can hear HV come up
momentarily so I don`t
think it`s a flyback problem, anybody had one click like this before?
