[TechAssist] RCA CTC169BG2 DEAD

I have a CTC169BG2 that is dead. The voltages on U4101 are
bouncing between 8.3 and 10 volts. There is 157 volts on the collector of
Q4101. I have replaced U4101, C4102, C4108, and CR4118. Voltages still bounce
all the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
