Hi, I have a RCA 27 inch which came in dead; replaced hot & fuse. I was
monitoring it and noticed that as I turned the volume up more than 3/4 up
the picture starts to vibrate horizontally(jitter)with the audio. I know
this isn't much information but has anyone had this kind of problem. (B+ cap
was changed)
