[TechAssist] RCA CC6262 camera problem

Customer complaint was "no camera picture". I verified this when writing up
customer. EVF just showed a green raster with OSD in camera mode (yes, the
lense shutter was open). On the bench, was going to check video out and the
evf play picture, but, on powering it up, the camera picture appeared. Have
not been able to duplicate the problem and T/A says no record of this
problem.
About a year ago, had same model with same problem, just green raster with
OSD in EVF, same on video out, normal play picture. Verified that the camera
ribbon cable was seated, but had to refer it to an ASC because it was still
on parts warranty.
