Brock,
I have one in the shop that is doing the same thing.
It is a ITC008..but not sure how close it is to yours..
Mine has a vented cap, front left of board(looking from rear).
Odd thing was it ESR's fine..but after I replaced it, the set ran for two hours 
w/o shutting down.
It was bulge at the top pretty good.

F32650  chassis  ATC113CA1   works most of the time,  but once in a while
the picture will fade out and be black,  osd and sound stays up and ok,
I've resoldered the coil at h.o.t. still the same,  any ideas ?
