Doug,

I'm not so sure. It looks like the Mfr's are going into dealer exchange and
allowing the servicers to dwindle by attrition.
I don't see much willingness to listen to our concerns.
The handwriting is on the wall. Every consecutive year there is a net
decline of service centers. Apperantly, this will not affect the mfrs' long
term plans, or they would be doing more to address it.
I say "get a goverment job" , it's the ONLY sure fire growth industry...
