Composite IN is perfect. Problem is somewhere in the tuner!? It's as if
the AGC circuit is out of whack. It takes about a minute (if not more)
for the picture to lock. At first the picture starts out with horizontal
white lines (buzzing audio), then scrambled vertical bands of color
(superimposed on a faint picture - audio buzzing) which eventually locks
to a good picture. Someone on the list sent a tuner diagram, I may be
forced to learn more then I want to about these tuners. Any pointers
would be appreciated.

Thanks,
