[TechAssist] RCA 19GT312 Chassis CTC175C2 Poor picture

This set has what looks like a bad CRT but it test very good with my Sencore
CR70. I replaced Q5001, Q5002 and Q5003 no help. I scoped Q5004 and it is
ok. I also looked at LA7610 pins 36, 37 and 38 they are all in the ball
park. I just wanted some input before I condemn the tube.
