being a tantalum cap it's very possible that is indeed a .68 uF, also r means a 
. most of the time.

I have this tantalum filter it has on R68-35 I think the 35 is the voltage 
rate but what is the Farads measure? When I measure it I have . 6 micro 
Farads it is OK.
