Damon,

Your problem is a bad filter in the 16v source. Replace C559(220mfd-25v) off
of D551 which is located off of pin 7 of flyback.

                                                            Dan Webster
                                                            Webster's TV
                                                            Shullsburg, Wi.

and power and horiz/vert circuits, found 2 bad caps not associated with this
problem.
> Tearing occurs on most but not all stations, and adjusting
brightness/contrast doesn't affect it. Customer's DVD player wasn't affected
at all on Video 1 input. Once in a while, I would hear the audio buzz for a
second. Customer says the picture gets better with time, but I was there 2
hours and it sure didn't improve (course I didn't want it to, thus I kept it
off 90% of the time).
