[TechAssist] Quasar 20" TVCR VV2017W totally dead

This is totally dead, no LED lites, no movement, nothing. Fuses all OK.
There is about +12VDC at collector of power relay transistor Q801. Push
power while monitoring Q801's base and nothing. A metal bolt fell out os
the chassis so I fear a short I can't find. Aside from the bolt is there
anything that's a repeat offender with these?
