The VCC voltage is okay and already replaced IC 451, cap 455, and C451 near FBT
there is fusable resister 2.2ohm and 560ohm both are good. Resistors R818 reads
99.8ohms, R806 reads 26.47kohms and R816 reads 9.66kohms the color coding are
washed out cant figure out the exact value. If u have schematic and u can
download through pdf really appreciate it or u know what else to hunt for.
