I don't think that's his problem. You have to check voltages there before replacing those...I tried on mine, even though I had doubts..turned out to be a waste. No secondary voltages off the fly...bad fly? B+ on fly and collector voltage drops at power on to below 100v. IHVT secondaries start to come up a few volts, then shuts down in about a second. On mine, I replaced CR4118. I found some open caps that I thought for sure would fix this.
