[TechAssist] Pricing on RCA parts

Bit of info for techs buying RCA parts from Global Semi.
Priced a rca part #189853 on global dealer site and the price converted
to US$ is approx $45, checked with Excel Dist and his price was
US$19.90.
This isn't the first time I have seen this big difference, what is the
score with global charging more than twice the price of US distributors,
think from now on orders for major parts are going south.
