[TechAssist] Pioneer SD-P5073-K RPTV, low sound at full volume.

Could use a scan of the audio output and control/mute circuits if
someone has or can create one. Sound is not distorted but is just very
low in both left and right channels like the mute circuit may be turned
on except the mute function does work.
