[TechAssist] Pioneer Reel To Reel Tape Recorder

Good Morning,
We have a Poineer Model RT-909 Reel To Reel Tape Recorder that the Capstand
motor does not rotate when power is turned on. The take up and rewind motors
work
properly. There are no voltages on the capstan motor. If anyone have any clue
as to what the cause of the problem or a Schematic of the power suppy ,I
greatly appreciate any help.
