[TechAssist] Pioneer Projo Model SD-P5065\ Dead with a H. V. squeal

This set came in dead other than a high pitch sound.. I removed the
power\high voltage bd and found a shorted Q171 andQ177 (HOT).I also see
alot of cold solders in this bd.
Question for someone that has had this problem with this tv.Is the
flyback a very strong possibility for this 2 parts to fail or do you
think its because of all the cold solders,including bad connections at
the drive transformer.

PS Q171 is a D1276A crosses over to a NTE261.darlington.If someone has
the print,can you tell me its function inthe ckt.
