[TechAssist] Pioneer Proj. Model SD-P5191. Set comes on good, then volume goes loud and set powers off.

Can some of you Pioneer Techs help me with this?
I'm not to familiar with Pioneer sets, but said I would come out later and
see if I could find the problem.
Would like to see what information I could get on this, before I made the
trip.
I have a friend call me today, for some advice on his projection - shutting
down after on a little while.
The video and sound is good for a while, then shuts down.
Before it would take about 5 or 10 min. to shut down, now after about 2
minutes --
he said the video/raster would go black & volume would go way up instantly,
then set shuts off.
Any help on this will be appreciated very much.
