Try these tips from Pioneer

Symptom: No Video. OSD ok, audio ok.
Cure: Replace IC902 TC4066BP on AV I/O-PINP-Y/C Sep Assy.
Models Covered: SDP4063, SDP4561, SDP4562, SDP4564, SDP4565, SDP5062,
SDP5064, SDP5065, SDP5564, SDP5565

Symptom: SYMPTOM: INTERMITTANT OR NO VIDEO. SOUND AND OSD OK.
Cure: CHECK FOR BAD SOLDER ON D122 OF THE POWER SUPPLY ASSY..
Models Covered: PRO106, PRO76, PRO96, SDP4063, SDP4561, SDP4562, SDP4564,
SDP4565, SDP5062, SDP5064, SDP5065, SDP5564, SDP5565
