Just a thought but I always told technicians to explain the changes that may 
take place BEFORE the repair. Keep a list in your tool box. After the repair 
if you see one of the symptoms point it out to the customer. Saves a lot of 
animosity and builds trust and confidence. Hollis Bates, Field
