Its a little white piece of plastic at the right rear of the chassis on the top just under the cam gear. It gets behind that long metal lever on the right, alias the Main Lever, (going from back to front). Its job is to hold the lever until it is time to slam on the reel brakes, which is done by reversing the loading motor momentarily. If it is sticking so as not to hold the metal lever, the reel brakes are on at the wrong time, causing the symptom of your complaint. Another thing that can happen to that part is that the metal lever can saw a slot in the plastic part and then lock in the slot. When that happens the loading motor stalls out at the end of a rewind and the power shuts off. Lubricant wont fix that. You would have to replace B81 (alias the M L Holder). When those were new, the lubricant was the fix, but after some wear, replacing B81 was the fix.
