[TechAssist] Philips/Magnavox TR2503

I'm working on a Philips TR2503. Checked power supply and HOT, they
tested good. Replaced EEprom, When pressing power the degauss rely makes
6 clicks, then nothing. Anybody had an experience with a problem like
this?, please help.
