[TechAssist] Philips model 60PP920217F , red Convergrnce does not adjust hprizontally

Hi Everyone
I am going to a service call today for a philips projection tv model #
60PP920217F . The customer complaint is that the red tv convergence
does not adjust horizontally. Other than that blue convergence and
verticall red works ok. Should I change convergence IC's ? Any other
suggestions ?
