[TechAssist] Philips TP3285 not able to memorize option bytes

Hi Techs,
This 32 K8 chassis came in with the SDM (Service Default menu) on screen
and no audio. I have replaced the eprom IC 7601 and reset the option bytes to
the correct values but am unable to memorize them.
Has anyone had this problem?
