Jeff, G2 goes from pin 8 of flyback to pin 1 of J9 which should be front right of fly then goes to P/J26 pin 5 through R19 a 2.7K 1/2 watt resistor on the crt board and then to pin 7 of the crt board. Schematic says at pin 8 of fly 350V minimum to 900V maximum. The 215v on pin 2 of the plug your measuring is B+ from flyback pin 9 which is for B+ to the RGB transistors on the crt board.
