[TechAssist] Philips PC6220 C121 Ch 20U6 Channel One set, shuts down

Philips model PC6220 C121
Chassis 20U6
Commercial model used as a Channel One monitor
First time working on one of these.
Set came in with bright screen with retrace lines.
Replaced open R562 and burnt R573.
Now have normal screen with snow with no signal.
OSD is normal.
When I connect a signal or tune to an active channel it
shuts down immediately.
Is this normal without the Channel One receiver connected
or do I have a problem?
High voltage and B+ are normal. Shuts down with CRT socket
disconnected. Tried with Channel One input card unplugged also.
