If you need a schematic I saw that there was a philips manual for a 25B800
posted on the members site in the download area (its a good PDF)When I
looked today, Its been there for a couple of weeks.It has the schematic
except for the CRT board (I don't know why).

Peter,
All resistors are OK on the CRT module.
I have video on Base and Emiter of Q225,...but, can't trace it any further.
C385 (SMD) is missing. Maybe normal.
Some ckts. are not used in this set. Makes it difficult to trace the video
path.
Still nothing out of IC271 pins 19,20, and 21,...except pulses (No video).
