[TechAssist] Philips DPTV305F 60PP9202/17F pix shifted left,bar on right

This set is set to 4x3 format using analog signal pix is shifted left with
gray area on right also at the bottom one can see a bow within the normal
pix (like no conv.) no hint of coolant leak.
Don't see a plug in stand up SSM pcb like in a PTV 915 this is a 2004 set,
any tips?
